Export Business Controller Since September 2016
In Audition Santé, a company of Sonova group, I have the following missions :
-Producing and automatising the intern reporting
-Closing the accounts monthly and annualy
-Doing ad hoc analysis and audit
Working in a middle-size company (300 employees) gave me freedom and autonomy to develop projects and make the job evolve : Now we use less time to produce dashboards and more to analyse them.

Management Controller (Internship) From January to July 2016
Among the financial departement of CHRU Nancy (10th biggest French public hospital), I had three main missions :
- Making ad hoc analysis and financial diagnostics
- Automatizing a dashboard on the practitioners' activity
- Making an audit about the needs for a new Business Intelligence tool
Working in this environnement was a great experience. This is a place where controlling activity is still young and play a change motor role in the organisation. This is therefore a world with many challenges and constantly moving.

With a classmate we created an internet plateform where students could offer their services (translation, correction, graphism...) to sell it to associations or private individuals.
After 6 months running the result enable to cover fixed costs for the year.
However at the end of our studies, my associate couldn't afford anymore working without salary and took a "regular" job. As we were at 50/50 and didn't success to redefine the shares.
The plateform is now closed and no longer visible at www.walliks.fr.

Implementing a CRM module for telemarketing service From June to July 2014
As the former internship gave satisfaction to both part, I came back to Solis-Bioone to a new project : Implementing a part of Customer Relationship Management (an comptuerized customer database) for the telemarketing service. This enable to keep a memory of customers called by our seller, but also to improve the efficiency of the service, avoiding that two sellers call the same customer the same day for example. Moreover I add a linked dashboard to report the phoning activity of sellers.
During this internship I could use what I had learned in project management. Indeed, this was not only an technical implementation, but also to understand the needs, finding the good tool, and then, once the solution is implemented, training the user and adapting the tools if necessary.
Management Controller (Internship) From June to August 2013
During this internship I implemented a tool which reports sellers' activity. Before this was done by paper. This was not very efficient and the information was often lost.
The biggest part of the work was to manage the change and train the sellers to enter their data in the system.
